New bunny

We got a new baby bunny "Midnight". It's only 4weeks old. Still don't know if it's a boy or girl allthough we keep calling it a he. He's the opposite of "Snowy" with black fur and white patches. He's also going to have the most beautiful blue eyes.

Makenzie loves "Midnight". He is the most gentle rabbit. The kids just love on him and he loves every second of it.

Francesco wants to make sure that I mention that he loves "Midnight", too!

Austyn's Birthday Party @ the Palace

The kids had a blast at their friend Austyn's party. Francesco was really starting to get the hang of the skates until he finally fell -he saw stars and gave himself a big knot on his head. Marcello showed everyone up as he sped around - he's always good at every sport. I guess all those years of hockey helped out.

The Limbo was so funny! Everytime I took a picture Francesco would be falling by the time the camera finally got the shot. Makenzie spent a few minutes on skates before she decided she'd rather play the arcade games.

Here is a video of my niece Victoria! She has the cutest little voice.

I could just eat her up- what a cutie pie!! She sings patty cake for Toria and Daddy!

Rain, Rain, Go Away!

Toria is my "baby fix" -she's at our house every Saturday!

-And when she's not over look out -every baby carriage I see I go nuts!!

V.B.S. Science Lab

We had such a blast at Vacation Bible School this week! The theme was Power Lab where the kids learned about God's power through different science experiments; The Pillar of Fire, Force of Gravity, Static Electric Shock ~ which made us all scream like little girls! The music Rocked with electric & base guitars added to the drums and piano. The kids got down with the music doing all the motions. It was an exciting week!
Makenzie loved being in Ms. Donna's group. Here she is on the left with a couple of the other girls in Crew 2. Boy did those funky neon glasses glow in the hallway lit by blacklights!
Francesco was in Ms. Sally's "Squeaky Beakers" group. They had a pet rat which was white with red eyes -ew! One night the rat got lost for a few hours. We finally found him in the Ladies bathroom; which Franceso informed me later was a good thing since HER name is "Princess"!
I was put in charge of crafts at the last minute, but everything went smoothly. It only took a couple of tries to perfect the "Oozy Goo" recipe! I think that was the kids' favorite craft - anything messy is always fun! This picture was the "Squeaky Beakers" on the 2nd night making a mobile. It was a great week but I think everyone was exhausted by Friday night (except for the kids~!)

Francesco's Preschool Graduation

I can't believe my baby just graduated preschool!! He had such a great year. His teacher was awesome! She had everyone in tears at the graduation ceremony (O.K. maybe just the moms). Especially when she played a slide show of pictures of the class through out the year and played the song, "Let Them Be Little".
Francesco the Proud Graduate with his Diploma!
Francesco's Best Buddies Elias and Carlos! Mrs. Roy had several funny stories to tell about these "3 Stooges"! Hopefully they'll all be together next year in Kindergarten, won't that teacher be in for a BIG suprise!!

Makenzie Hospitalized!

Makenzie went into the hospital for Pnemonia early (1:30am) on Sunday. She was admitted for a couple of days and will be going home today. They took her off the oxygen and IV yesterday. Thank you for your prayers. Please continue to pray as we take her home to continue her recovery. This is her last week of school and she would really like to see her friends before the summer break.

Mother's Day Race

The kids made me this shirt for Mother's Day, it says "#1 MOM hands down!" and it's got each of their hand prints on it. For Mother's Day they made me breakfast in bed, with coffe in my favorite mug and a hand picked flower from Chech. Marcello bought me a BMX bike, all the gear, and a membership. Marcello had just gotten a BMX bike and a membership a few days earlier for his B-day. This has finally given him a reason to stop smoking once and for all - Hallelujah!!Makenzie was so excited about the races! She was cheering her little heart out the whole time!

Mother's Day race video. I took 2nd place both times! Go Me!! However, I did realize just how out of shape I am as I approach the BIG 3-0! My legs felt like jello after both races! But atleast I didn't crash - sorry Nicole!!
